Blaire House of Tewksbury is a 131-bed skilled nursing center. We
are seeking an energetic LPN/RN to join our team and uphold our
high standards of resident care. We have been family owned and
operated, servicing the health care needs of seniors for 50 years.
We specialize in Short Term Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation,
Sub-acute Care, and Alzheimer's Specialty Care. Our campus also
hosts an Assisted Living Facility and Senior Transportation. Job
Summary: · Participation in the nursing process by sharing in
assessment of patients, planning of patient care, implementing the
patient care plan, and evaluating patient care. · Providing for
emotional and spiritual needs and for safety of patients. ·
Notifying appropriate person about unusual symptoms and/or changes
in condition of patient. · Giving and receiving report. ·
Performing nursing procedures for which the nurse is prepared
Qualifications: · EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited,
approved school of nursing. Current registration with State Board
of Nurse Examiners. · TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Will receive
