Contract Travel Registered Nurse – Hospice Case Management
Plymouth, MA Unit: Hospice Case Management (Cost Center:
2271_59019) Start Date: 02/09/2026 End Date: 04/04/2026 ? Duration:
8 Weeks Requirements ? Active Massachusetts RN License – REQUIRED
at time of submission ? Hospice nursing experience required ? Flu
vaccine required prior to start ? Ability to work independently and
manage a hospice caseload ? Comfortable with extensive daily travel
Role Overview - Seeking an experienced Hospice RN for outpatient
hospice case management - RN expected to complete 4–5 patient
visits per day - Visits include patient homes and facility-based
settings - Daily travel required: approximately 30–50 miles/day -
Mileage typically incurred traveling to the first patient;
