Job Description:
Thriveworks is seeking a dedicated Part Time Licensed Talk
Therapist to join our dynamic team in providing premium in-person
and online mental health services. This role focuses on helping
clients navigate their personal and emotional challenges by
offering expert therapeutic interventions in a supportive
environment. Ideal candidates will possess a passion for mental
health care and a commitment to helping clients achieve their
fullest potential. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
using evidence-based treatment modalities. Assess client needs and
develop tailored treatment plans. Maintain confidential records and
follow all ethical guidelines and laws regarding patient
confidentiality. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
plan or coordinate treatment. Provide crisis intervention as
needed. Strong empathetic and listening skills Proficiency in
various therapeutic techniques and modalities Ability to maintain a
flexible schedule to accommodate client needs Strong interpersonal
and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state license as a clinical
psychologist, mental health counselor, or equivalent Certified in
cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) preferred
