Job Description The hybrid-based summer intern will play a key role in supporting the operational strategy of the Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO) group by assisting with daily activities and contributing to cross-functional projects. Working under the guidance of GCDO management, the intern will engage with functions including Business Operations, Strategic Partnerships and Outsourcing, Study Management, and Process Excellence and Delivery to align efforts in support of GCDO’s operating model. The intern will take on a combination of routine departmental tasks and developmental assignments, gaining hands-on experience with operational planning, process management, and the tracking and reporting of business objectives. Through these responsibilities, the intern will develop essential skills and build professional relationships, all while receiving mentorship and guidance to foster both personal and career growth. For Location: Boston, MA U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $21.00 - $46.00 The estimated hourly range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will depend on the candidate’s school year/level to be entered following completion of internship.The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
