worldwide. The Senior Research Associate will play an integral part
in sample testing, data analysis, workflow streamlining,
automation, and method technology transfers. The Senior Research
Associate will be highly motivated, a team player mindset, great
attention to detail, a high emotional IQ, and a robust foundation
in science. This role will contribute to developing and executing
analytical methods crucial for ensuring the quality, safety, and
efficacy of cell-based therapeutics. How you will contribute:
Perform testing of samples as per established test methods Maintain
accurate, complete, and timely data in laboratory
notebooks/electronic notebooks Develop methods to improve existing
techniques and/or efficiencies Help develop and expand automation
capabilities Prepare study protocols, reports, and technology
transfer documentation Plan and implement resolutions to technical
problems/issues Assist with general operation of the laboratory
space Interact on a daily basis with their managers to gain
alignment on priorities. Understand project timelines and
deliverables and plan/coordinate project work accordingly Work
collaboratively with members from different teams and demonstrate
independent, self starting as well as the ability to work
effectively in a matrix organization Minimum
Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in biology,
pharmacy, biomedical engineering, or related pharmaceutical
science; 3 years relevant experience. Master’s degree in biology,
pharmacy, biomedical engineering, or related pharmaceutical
science; 2 years relevant experience. Hands-on experiences with the
following technologies: immune based assays (ELISA, MSD), or
multi-color flow cytometry is a must. Experience with mammalian or
primary cell culture is preferred. Prior experience with adaptive
immunity, T/NK cell biology is a plus. Prior experience with cell
therapy and/or an oncology related field. Proactive and highly
self-motivated with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team

Summary We understand compensation is an important factor as you

Base Salary Range: $86,500.00 - $135,960.00 The estimated salary
range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual
base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including
the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position,
years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of
education attained, certifications or other professional licenses
held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from
which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary
offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage
requirements for the job location. U.S. based employees may be
eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based
employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision
