Permanent Placement- Remote Opportunity UNCAPPED COMMISSION Opportunities in Georgia, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, & Missour i Training Length: 8 weeks Training Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm , M-F Post-Training Schedule: · Evening shifts ending at 8:00pm Monday-Friday and ending at 5:00pm on Saturdays. · There is a 1 in 3 Saturday rotation · Will work a 9-hour Monday shift with a 7-hour shift later in the week Job Description Quote and sell insurance products Advise/consult prospective customers on what is the best coverage Offer expert advice on appropriate insurance coverage and options, ensuring prospects receive the best possible guidance based on their circumstances. Use multiple systems to run reports and verify the accuracy of information provided by potential insureds regarding their insurance and driving history. Explain coverage details and payment options to customers, ensuring they fully understand their policies. Conduct outbound follow-up on unsold internet leads, identifying opportunities to convert them into satisfied customers. Assist existing customers with policy changes and other service needs when customer service is not available. Follow up on underwriting department requests to ensure compliance and improve policy retention. Attend sales meetings, seminars, and educational activities to stay current with market trends, regulations, and maintain state licensing.
