motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role
is about more than closing deals—it’s about building trusted
relationships, turning qualified leads into solutions, and growing

customer care. Hybrid Eligibility: This position is hybrid-eligible
(2 days/week in the office) following the successful completion of
a 90-day in-office training/probationary period. Pay: This is an
hourly role with uncapped commission and overtime available. The
hourly rate is $24.00 per hour and OTE (On Target Earnings) for the
first year is approximately $80,000 with potential to earn more
over time. What You’ll Do Work with warm, qualified leads generated
by our Field Technicians to identify customer needs and recommend
solutions (no "cold calling") Sell across a range of services,
including commercial pumping, repairs, residential septic, and
plumbing services Generate proposals, track sales activity, and
maintain accurate reporting Collaborate with customers, WRE
Operations and the Inside Sales team to resolve issues quickly and
effectively Learn our business and become a trusted advisor to our
