Job Details:
Title: - Site Observer
Location: -Barnstable, MA
Hours: -Mondays 7:30a-11:30am
Length of Engagement: -6+ months
Rate: -Competitive and Dependent on Experience

The - Site Observer -will report to the site lead or Program Coordinator.
As part of the sample collection team, the - Site Observer -is responsible for ensuring that all self-swab COVID-19 tests are performed, collected, and documented properly. You will play a key role in guaranteeing the health and safety of students of all ages in Massachusetts as they return to in-person learning.

Job Responsibilities will Include:
Demonstrate proper swabbing technique for all COVID-19 tests
Properly document students/staff who participate in testing
Store and transport active samples and documentation to the client's collection center
Ensure proper student hygiene and sanitation before and after testing
Job Requirements:
Active LPN/LVN/CNA license
Experience working in schools or with children is preferred
Experience with sample collection is a plus
Adept at communicating with and instructing children / students / staff
Engage with all parties to ensure maximum safety and efficiency
Strong attention to detail in complex settings
