Beach Security Guard:
Beach Security personnel are responsible for providing security
in and around the designated private beach areas. The primary task
is to keep unauthorized persons and vehicles away from restricted
areas. Such duties include, but are not limited to, the
Maintain a sentry post at the entrance to the parking and or
entrance area to keep unauthorized persons from entering Private
Beach Associations property.
Must be capable and possess the ability to walk on uneven
surfaces (e.g., beach sand).
Be capable of walking, standing for security checks to identify
any security or safety concerns as they relate to the Beach
Associations Rules and Regulations.
Working closely with local law enforcement and Beach Association
Members to provide a safe and peaceful environment.
Identify areas where the public does not have legal access
Identify areas of concern while on duty i.e., safety hazards to
the public which may include identifying underage drug and alcohol
use, disorderly persons, trespassers in violation of Massachusetts
General Laws as well as knowledge of local town bylaws and Beach
Association rules and regulations.
May be assigned other duties.
This is a temporary job position that start in Mid May for
approximately 3-4 Months
18 years old
Must have good communication skills
Possess good interpersonal skills to interact with the

Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Successfully Complete De-escalation Training
