Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker - 1st Shift to join their team. As a Production Worker - 1st Shift, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing and packaging department supporting the production line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Production Worker - 1st Shift Location: Wilmington, MA Pay Range: $16.50/hour Shift: Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM What's the Job? Operate production and packaging equipment in a cold environment (approximately 30°F) Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process Assist in the setup and cleanup of production lines Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Support team members in meeting production goals and deadlines What's Needed? No prior experience required; training provided Ability to work in a cold environment (approximately 30°F) Strong teamwork and communication skills Flexibility to work a schedule that starts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM Availability to work Monday through Friday What's in it for me?
