Takeda as the Head of Supply Chain Operations for the Biologics
Operating Unit where you will lead planning for product supply,
inventory management, and running the Sales & Operations Planning
(S&OP) process for Global Biologics Products, driving over $7B
in annual revenue. You will ensure supply assurance from launch
through life cycle management across all markets, involving both
internal and external manufacturing sites. You will develop
long-range manufacturing strategies and implementing digital
solutions for efficiency and scale. You will report into the Global
Head of the Biologics OpU and be an important member of the
Leadership Team. How you will contribute: Demand, Sales &
Operational Planning: Lead global S&OP processes to meet demand
and profitability goals. Improve and align demand forecasting
processes. Launch Excellence/Supply Planning/Production Planning:
Oversee production planning, supply performance reporting, and
regional launch plans. Improve processes and system use.
Leadership: Design strategic workforce plans, build and mentor a
team, and ensure agreement across leadership. Minimum
Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
Science, or related field. 15 years of experience in Supply Chain,
manufacturing, and planning in the Biopharmaceutical or
Pharmaceutical industry. Experience leading global planning
processes and managing cross-functional, global teams. Technical
operations background and business understanding of Supply Chain.
Experience using and implementing ERP systems like SAP. Knowledge
of Bio-Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, supply chain management, LEAN,

understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the

practices. For Location: Lexington, MA U.S. Base Salary Range:
$255,800.00 - $401,940.00 The estimated salary range reflects an
anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered
may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of
the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant
experience, specific and unique skills, level of education
attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and
the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they
will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be
in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the
job location. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term
and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to
participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and
company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic
life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer
