commercial launch across multiple therapy areas, we are seeking an
experienced Business Strategy and Operations leader to play a
central role in shaping and executing our transition from
late-stage development to a fully integrated commercial company.
The Director, Business Strategy & Operations - Commercialization
will play a critical role in enabling the Commercial organization
to operate with clarity, alignment, and executional excellence as
Dyne advances toward launch. Acting as a senior strategic and
operational partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, this leader
ensures that commercial priorities are translated into
well?defined, coordinated, and measurable action across the
organization. This role sits at a key intersection of strategy,
operations, and cross?functional leadership, ensuring that
commercial perspectives, priorities, and readiness are clearly
embedded in key priority projects and initiatives. The role
provides strong operational leadership and continuity to establish
a world class CCO team, helping translate commercial strategy into
coordinated action across the organization. The Director will help
establish the systems, processes, and operating rhythm needed to
drive commercial readiness, support the CCO and Commercial
Leadership Team, and ensure the organization remains focused on the
highest?value priorities. They will anticipate needs, connect
workstreams, and bring structure and consistency to a rapidly
evolving environment. The ideal candidate brings significant
biotech experience, strong strategic and analytical capabilities,
and excellent judgment. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity,
influencing without authority, and simplifying complexity for
senior audiences. This is a high?impact role with broad visibility
across the enterprise, suited for a leader who thrives in a

enabling high?performing teams. This is a full-time position based
in Waltham, MA. Primary Responsibilities Include: Partner closely
with the CCO to translate commercial strategy and priorities into
actionable and measurable plans, ensuring clarity, structure, and
consistency across initiatives. Establish and manage the operating
rhythm for the Commercial organization, including leadership
forums, governance processes, decision-focused meetings, and
business reviews that drive alignment and follow-through. Lead and
coordinate high?priority, cross?functional initiatives essential to
commercial readiness, serving as the central connector between
Commercial and partner functions with clear roles,
responsibilities, and timelines. Develop and deliver high?quality
executive materials, including Board updates, enterprise
presentations, town hall content, and cross-functional
communications in partnership with Corporate Affairs. Support
preparation and coordination for the CCO’s engagement with key
external stakeholders, such as KOLs, HCPs, patient advocacy groups,
strategic partners, and internal senior leaders. Ensure
interactions are well-prepared, coordinated, and grounded in a
clear understanding of priorities and context. Drive operational
excellence through OKRs (objectives and key results for the CCO
team), dashboards, performance tracking, and business review
processes, providing transparency on progress, dependencies, risks,
and resource needs. Promote alignment, communication, and
collaboration across Commercial and partner functions to ensure
connectivity between strategy and execution. Help strengthen
Commercial team culture by reinforcing collaboration,
accountability, and clear communication as the organization grows
and prepares for launch. Leadership Characteristics Personal

role. The successful individual will be highly self-directed, with

effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced biotechnology environment.

organizational dynamics. Education, Experience, and Skills
Requirements: 10 years of progressive experience in biotechnology
or pharmaceuticals. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree
(MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred. Experience supporting at least two
successful rare disease product launches in a commercial,
strategic, or operational leadership capacity. Strong
cross-functional leadership experience in high-growth, dynamic
environments. Exceptional communication, organization, and
influencing skills; able to simplify complex topics for senior
audiences. Highly self-directed and effective in ambiguity; strong
judgment, prioritization, and follow-through. Demonstrated ability
to handle confidential information with discretion and build
trusted relationships at all levels. Thrives in dynamic, stretching
environments with evolving needs. Ability to travel as needed; up
to 25% MA Pay Range $188,000 - $230,000 USD The pay range reflects
the base pay range Dyne reasonably expects to pay for this role at
the time of posting. Individual compensation depends on factors
such as education, experience, job-related knowledge, and
