Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Pay Range: $17-$19/hr Work Schedule:
2nd shift 3pm to 11:30pm Job Description: The job duties of the
Inserting Inventory Material Handler are to keep our floor
inventory organized, so material can be quickly added to work order
carts. Picking the correct inventory, envelopes and inserts is
vital to the success of the plant. Order inventory from the
warehouse and ensure it arrives in a timely manner. Perform other
duties as requested. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Organize the
floor inventory. • Keep the area clean and free of debris •
Maintain proper labeling of shelf spaces • Ensure all boxes are
labeled with the correct inventory code Ordering Inventory from the
warehouse. • Carefully read the work order or requisition • Order
the correct stock in RIMS. o Note the time and urgency of the order
o Follow the order through to completion and note the time the
order was delivered 90% of the time its very light duty - less than
10 pounds 10% of the time they lift 25 to 30 pounds Add inventory
to work order and cart. • Carefully read the work order • Select
the correct envelope. o Pick the correct amount of product, plus 5%
o For larger orders, use the count scale, count 10 of the
envelopes. o Using the count scale pick the correct number of
envelopes, plus 5% • Select the correct insert. o Pick the correct
amount of product, plus 5% o Using the count scale, count 10 of the
inserts. o Using the count scale pick the correct number of
envelopes, plus 5% Delivery of materials via Powered equipment •
Operate equipment safely and maintain certification. • Delivery
inventory to the floor • Return inventory to the warehouse. o Note
the time and urgency of the order o Follow the order through to
completion and note the time the order was delivered Other duties
