Job Description:
Join our team at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area as a Room
Attendance, where you will play a vital role in maintaining a
clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests in
Somerville, MA. Responsibilities Clean guest rooms, corridors, and
public areas following the company’s standards and procedures.
Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies in guest rooms.
Report any maintenance issues or damage observed during cleaning to
the appropriate department. Ensure all cleaning equipment and
products are used properly and stored safely. Maintain a high level
of guest satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies in accordance with
company and regulatory standards. Requirements Previous
housekeeping experience preferred but not required. Good attention
to detail and strong work ethic. Ability to stand, bend, and lift
moderate weights throughout the shift. Reliable, punctual, and able
to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to comply with
all safety and cleaning protocols. Benefits Competitive hourly wage
