Job Description:
Fidelity Investments is seeking a seasoned Principal Full Stack
Engineer to lead and drive the development of comprehensive
end-to-end software solutions within the financial services sector.
This role involves both front-end and backend system architecture
design, development, and integration, ensuring robustness and
scalability in line with our strategic objectives. As a key
technological leader, you will collaborate with various
cross-functional teams to innovate and enhance our financial
products and services, aiming to deliver outstanding user
experiences and operational excellence. Design, develop, and
maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable full-stack applications.
Lead architectural decisions and implement software that integrates
seamlessly with existing systems. Collaborate with product
managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to deliver
high-quality software solutions. Mentor junior developers and
promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Stay
abreast of emerging technologies and propose adaptations to enhance
product offerings and performance. Proficiency with JavaScript,
React, Node.js, and other frameworks and libraries. Strong
knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud
services (e.g., AWS, Azure). Experience in Continuous
Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices. Ability to
implement responsive and adaptive design principles for
multi-platform usability. Excellent problem-solving, analytical,
and communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
