JOB TITLE: The IT Project Manager / Microsoft Power Platform Analyst JOB LOCATION: Woburn, Massachusetts (Hybrid) DURATION: Contract to Hire Position WAGE RANGE*: $55 - $60/hour JOB : 25-03048 Title: IT Project Manager / Microsoft Power Platform Analyst JOB DESCRIPTION The IT Project Manager / Microsoft Power Platform Analyst plays a dual role in leading technology-driven projects and leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools to deliver business insights and process improvements. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, design solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint, and manage the implementation of these solutions to drive operational excellence and cost savings. RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management & Business AnalysisLead and manage IT and business improvement projects from initiation through completion. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation using Microsoft Power Platform. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights. Power Platform Development & SupportDesign, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps. Build and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support decision-making. Develop and maintain SharePoint sites and document libraries to support collaboration and knowledge sharing. Integrate Power Platform solutions with existing ERP systems and other business tools. Data Analysis & ReportingCollaborate with operational leaders to ensure accurate data entry and reporting. Create, maintain, and refresh operational KPIs, including:Inventory metrics Customer service metrics Delivery and logistics performance Vendor scorecards Conduct capacity and utilization analysis. Analyze job bids and ongoing project performance to assess profitability and alignment with projections. Support financial reporting, including budget-to-actual comparisons. Training & User SupportProvide training and onboarding for end users on new and modified systems. Create and distribute user manuals, guides, and training materials. Conduct user reviews and feedback sessions to improve system usability and performance. Contribute to continuous learning by publishing content to the organization's Learning Management System. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Knowledge & ExperienceProven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint). Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics or other distribution-focused ERPs). Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives. Solid understanding of business operations, reporting, and data analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
