We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-oriented individual to
join our team as a Permanent VP of Strategy & Transformation. This
is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply
their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced, sales-focused
environment. The VP of Strategy & Transformation will be
responsible for driving strategic initiatives to enhance
operational performance, improve business processes, and deliver
transformational change across the organization. The successful
candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong track record in
project management, cost savings, and process optimization,
preferably within the automotive industry. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with the
company's overall business goals and objectives. Lead and manage
strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational performance
and enhancing business processes. Drive transformational change
across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous
improvement and innovation. Identify and implement cost-saving
measures to improve the company's bottom line. Use KPI analysis to
monitor and report on the effectiveness of strategic initiatives,
making adjustments as necessary to ensure success. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of
strategies and initiatives. Provide leadership and guidance to the
strategy team, fostering an environment that encourages
professional growth and development. Stay abreast of industry
trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning and
decision making. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business,
Finance, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is
preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic role
within the sales industry. Experience in the automotive industry is
a plus. Six Sigma Black Belt certification Proven track record in
operational improvements, business process improvement, project
management, transformation, and cost savings. Strong knowledge of
KPI analysis and process optimization. Demonstrated ability to
drive business transformation and manage change effectively.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability
to inspire and motivate others. Exceptional strategic thinking and
problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions
based on data and insights. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence
