Location: Boston, MassachusettsJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $53 - 57 per hourWe’re seeking an Internal and Employee Communications Manager for a six-month maternity leave cover. In this key role, you’ll develop and execute communication strategies that drive employee engagement, promote a positive workplace culture, and align teams with the company’s goals and values. Acting as a vital link between leadership and employees, you’ll ensure clear, consistent, and impactful communication across all levels of the organization.Responsibilities:Communication Strategy DevelopmentDesign and implement comprehensive internal communication plans that support our "always on" communication efforts across HR, Legal, Product and Brand.Develop and manage engaging communications for employees globally on behalf of leadership, especially as it relates to our enterprise strategy.Collaborate with HR, marketing, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging.Maintain and update communication policies and procedures.Employee EngagementCreate programs and initiatives aligned with our priority brand stories that promote employee involvement and morale.Organize and manage events such as town halls, panel discussions or other events.Develop surveys and feedback mechanisms to gauge employee satisfaction and engagement.Analyze feedback and implement changes to improve communication and engagement.Content Creation and ManagementWrite, edit, and publish engaging content for various internal platforms.Ensure all communications are aligned with the company's brand and values.Manage the creation and dissemination of critical company updates and announcements.Leadership Communication SupportAssist executives and managers in developing effective communication strategies.Provide training and resources to improve leadership communication skills.Draft talking points, presentations, and other communication materials for senior leaders.Qualifications:Educational BackgroundBachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.Advanced degrees or certifications in communication are a plus.Experience8 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related field.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies.Skills and CompetenciesExceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong ability to create engaging and persuasive content.Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.Strong project management and organizational skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret feedback and data.Personal AttributesCreative thinker with a passion for employee engagement.Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative.Experience working with senior-level executives.Adaptable and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.High level of integrity and professionalism.Skills: Strong background in communications (HR comm, legal comm , strategy communications).Someone who's worked in a global role, lots of event communications, DEI comms experience, & manager communications.Experience with email management tools, intranet, & CMS.The ability to support on all hands meetings, live events, and is comfortable speaking to leadership.Experience working with a complex organization.JOBID: 1094550LI-CellaLI-SJ1PL Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
