Director Digital Learning is responsible for developing and
maintaining the learning ecosystem, designing and managing the
delivery of learning experiences. This role ensures that learning
initiatives align with organizational goals and adapts to changing
needs, contributing to Takeda's mission. Takeda is seeking a
strategic and visionary Head of DD&T Learning & Development to
lead the design, execution, and evolution of learning strategies
for our Digital, Data & Technology (DD&T) organization. This
global leadership role will ensure our workforce has the functional
and digital skills needed to drive innovation and growth.
Accountabilities: Lead the vision and strategic roadmap for
DD&T Learning & Development aligned with business priorities.
Design and implement functional learning strategies and impactful
development programs across DD&T, including global Innovation
Capability Centers. Build a culture of lifelong learning by
leveraging Takeda’s tools, technologies, and internal/external
expertise. Own and manage DD&T’s platform learning service,
ensuring standardized methodologies and successful adoption of
digital tools. Drive digital dexterity initiatives by developing
future-ready capabilities, including GenAI and enterprise platform
skills. Lead early talent and leadership development programs in
collaboration with HR and global partners. Track, measure, and
report learning effectiveness and compliance with corporate
learning KPIs. Represent DD&T in enterprise councils and
governance bodies to advocate for talent development and align with
organizational goals. Act as a strategic leader, mentor, and change
agent driving best practices and continuous improvement in
learning. Qualifications and Experience required : Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in learning, & developmentor a related field.
Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in
related field, with a focus on technology or data-driven
environments. Experience required: Expert in learning &
development: Instructional design and creation of effective
learning materials. Deep understanding of needs assessments and
learning program analysis. Experience in creating learning
strategies and leading learning initiatives to enable a diverse
workforce. Experience in digital dexterity, digital fluency,
driving adoption of emerging technologies through enablementand
learning. Strong problem-solving skills, able to identify and
address challenges effectively in a dynamic environment. Recognized
expert in influencing others, with the ability to guide and
motivate teams towards achieving strategic objectives. Proficient
in using Microsoft O365 applications to create impactful
presentations and manage complex projects. Skilled in developing
and implementing effective strategies that align with
organizational goals. Effective at planning and managing work to
ensure timely completion of projects. Takeda Compensation and

Base Salary Range: $174,500.00 - $274,230.00 The estimated salary
range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual
base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including
the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position,
years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of
education attained, certifications or other professional licenses
held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from
which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary
offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage
requirements for the job location. U.S. based employees may be
eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based
employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision
insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and
long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition
reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays,

eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick
