Join our team at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area as a Food Runner/Buffet Attendant in Somerville, MA. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by efficiently delivering food and maintaining a clean and well-stocked buffet area. Responsibilities Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to guests' tables. Maintain and replenish the buffet to ensure it is clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service hours. Assist with setting up and breaking down buffet stations. Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate food deliveries and guest needs. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance the guest experience. Requirements Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required. Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends and holidays. Food handler certification is a plus.
