Job Description:

Las Chidas is a taco-centric bar with a focus on small plates located in Orleans, MA. We are all about good vibes and an inclusive and positive work environment.

We are looking for a Sous Chef who is dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate about the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate has at least two years' experience, is reliable and works efficiently. The Sous Chef will work hand in hand with the Executive Chef to help run daily operations of the kitchen including all food prep, managing a close-knit team, training, working the line, expediting, and maintaining high standards.

*Responsibilities: *

* Supervision of kitchen staff
* Maintaining a safe & sanitary environment that complies with ServSafe guidelines
* Training, coaching, leading and managing prep & line team
* Maintaining an inclusive, positive, and team-oriented environment
* Work/expo the line as needed
* Assists with menu planning, scheduling, ordering, inventory and management of supplies
* Maintain food standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance

Job Type: Full-time
