FULL & PART TIME VALET POSITIONS ON NANTUCKET: GOOD PAY, TIPS

Valets are estimated to earn $15-$20/hour between base and tips (even more on some shifts!)

We are taking applications for the summer season - FT&PT, days & evenings for valet staff to work at various locations on the island. This is a great, active FT job, or a fun part time job to do in addition to day shift!

Valet Park of America is now looking for energetic, customer service friendly valet attendants for various accounts in Nantucket MA.

All candidates must:

* Have their own housing on-island

* Have a valid license for at least one year.

* Speak fluent English

* Be 18 years or older

* Acceptable driving record

* Have customer service experience and a can-do attitude,

Physical demands

• 
  
• Standing at least 8 hours a day
  
• Running to retrieve vehicles
  
• Entering and exiting customers vehicles 75 or more times daily
  
• Lifting wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, baggage, gifts, etc. (in and out of customers vehicles)
  
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
  
  Please note:
  
  * Due to J1 guidelines prohibiting job placement that requires the operation of a motor vehicle, we are not able to accept J1 Visas for this position
  
• All employees must undergo a criminal records check
  
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays when necessary
  
• Must have a neat appearance and good attitude
  
• All employees are hired on a 30 day trial period. If during that time the employee does not perform their duties to the satisfaction of management, they can be terminated without cause
