Full-time, permanent opening for a Speech Language Pathologist with competitive pay and excellent benefits! Nantucket is an island off Cape Cod, Massachusetts. POSITION TYPE: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) CCC required LOCATION: Nantucket, MA SETTING: Acute/Hospital SHIFT: Days JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 2+ years of experience as a speech therapist required.
• Screens/evaluates all patients to determine need for Speech, Language or Swallowing Therapy
• Establishes an individualized treatment program in areas of Speech Therapy
• Completes all documentation as required by the fiscal intermediary, within the designated time frame
• Implements the treatment program based on evaluative results
• Monitors the patient's response to treatment and alters the treatment plan as appropriate
• May supervise Assistants and Interns CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:
  • Current state SLP license or willingness to obtain for the position. EDUCATION:
    • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology required
