This position offers the opportunity to work in a diverse environment, using state-of-the-art technology to treat and manage patient respiratory conditions, improve clinical outcomes, and enhance quality of life. Assess patient respiratory conditions using diagnostic tests and medical equipment. Plan and administer treatments such as aerosol medications and chest physiotherapy. Operate and maintain various types of respiratory care equipment. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventative care strategies. Collaborate with healthcare teams to customize care plans based on patient needs. Document patient treatment and progress in medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Stay updated with the latest respiratory care practices and technology advancements. Proficient in using respiratory equipment such as ventilators and oxygen delivery systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for explaining treatment plans. Ability to perform under stressful conditions and manage medical emergencies. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid and active Respiratory Therapist Licensure for the state of practice. Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification preferred.
