one evening per week - 32 patient contact hours with 8 admin hours
from home - Adult practice only in community health center - Call
is 1:8 with nurse practitioner triage support - Full support staff
with nurses and resource specialists - Board-certified or
board-eligible required - Spanish speaking preferred but not
