In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, document clinical outcomes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and functional improvement. You’ll deliver evidence-based care while maintaining high clinical and documentation standards. Responsibilities: You’ll Achieve Success By: - Provide direct patient care while overseeing clinic operations to ensure exceptional service and outcomes. - Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff to build a high-performing, patient-focused team. - Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to drive financial success and operational efficiency. - Expand clinic visibility through community outreach, marketing, and patient engagement initiatives.
