Opportunities with HDA Are you a passionate Internal Medicine
physician seeking a rewarding hospitalist position close to Boston,
MA? HDA is searching for both day and night hospitalists to
complement their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to
provide high-quality care to patients in a supportive environment,
with a schedule that allows for a healthy work-life balance.
Hospitalist: Schedule: 7 on/7 off schedule with 10-12 hour shifts.
Workload: Manage patient panels of 14-16 patients per shift.
Compensation: Guaranteed base salary for the first 2 years,
transitioning to productivity-based compensation thereafter.
Benefits: Malpractice insurance, health insurance, life insurance,
disability insurance, and retirement plan. Additional Advantages:
Opportunity to precept Internal Medicine residents, closed ICU
environment (no ICU responsibilities), and no procedures required.
Nocturnist: Schedule: Flexible schedule, typically 4 on/3 off with
12 hour shifts. Workload: Manage admissions, averaging 6-8 patients
per shift. Compensation & Benefits: Same competitive package as
