Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Newton Center, MA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,743 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/22/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN Home Health Profession: RN Home Health Specialty: RN Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 year of certified home care experience and 1 year of case management experience License: Current licensure in the state of Massachusetts Certifications: None specified Must-Have: Reliable, independent means of transportation for home visits. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed. Weekend rotations occur once every 6 weeks. Description: Provide clinical services to patients from birth to over 100 years in their homes. Assess patient conditions and implement care plans. Provide ongoing education and support to patients and their families. Perform admissions process and case management responsibilities in accordance with policies and standards of practice. Utilize thorough and timely electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communications. Start date is based on credentialing clearance; if not cleared by the posted start date, a rescheduled start date will be necessary.
