ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology
Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1 years speech-language
pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. An educational facility in
Natick, MA is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology
Assistant (SLPA) to join their team on a contractual basis. This
onsite position offers an opportunity to support students requiring
speech and language interventions while working in a collaborative
school environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist certified
speech-language pathologists in providing speech and language
therapy services to students Implement individualized treatment
plans under supervision and document student progress Participate
in student evaluations, screenings, and related activities to
support speech-language goals Collaborate with teachers, parents,
and other professionals to promote effective communication
strategies Maintain accurate records and comply with state
licensure regulations and school policies Qualifications and
Experience: Current SLPA state licensure is required Prior
experience working in school settings preferred but not mandatory
Strong understanding of speech and language developmental
milestones and therapeutic techniques Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills to engage with students and school staff
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary
team Location: Natick, Massachusetts Schedule: Full-time, onsite
