Job Description Job Description We are hiring a Medical Technologist / Clinical Laboratory Scientist to perform routine and complex testing in a fast-paced clinical laboratory environment. This role supports patient care through accurate diagnostic testing across multiple lab disciplines. Key Responsibilities: Perform testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Blood Bank, Microbiology, and Urinalysis Operate and maintain automated lab instruments (Abbott, Sysmex, Microscan, ACL TOP) Conduct blood bank testing including crossmatching and antibody screening Perform microbiology tasks such as plating, gram stains, and PCR Verify, interpret, and report results independently Follow CAP, QC/QA, CDC, and infection control standards Document results in the electronic health record Qualifications: Experience as a Medical Technologist / Clinical Laboratory Scientist Multi-disciplinary lab experience preferred Strong attention to detail and patient safety focus Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays if needed
