Overview: As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will support
physical therapists in delivering high-quality patient care,
helping to implement treatment plans and assist in the
rehabilitation process. Key Responsibilities: Assist in
implementing individualized treatment plans under the direction of
the Physical Therapist. Help patients with exercises and
therapeutic activities to improve mobility and function. Maintain
accurate patient documentation and progress notes. Ensure smooth
daily operations and assist with clinic management. Uphold HIPAA
compliance and adhere to clinic policies and procedures. Minimum
Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an
accredited program. Current Massachusetts PTA license and CPR
certification. Familiarity with EMR systems and basic clinical
procedures. Core Competencies: Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to
manage multiple tasks. Compassionate and customer-focused with a
commitment to patient care. Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to
30 pounds, with frequent movement and manual dexterity. Benefits:
