Job Description GTT Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a
travel nurse RN Psychiatric for a travel nursing job in Danvers,
Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:
Psychiatric - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/03/2026 - Duration:
13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment
Type: Travel Unit Details- Detox unit. Detox program provides 24
hour nursing care to monitor an individual’s withdrawal from
alcohol and/or other drugs and alleviate symptoms. Clients are
provided with the medical and emotional support that they need
during the one of the most pivotal stages in the recovery process.
Responsibilities: - Records and reports all observed symptoms,
reactions to treatments and changes in patients safety status. -
Administers medications to patients. - Collaborates with the team
in providing health information and maintains clients’ medical
records. - Responds to patient care needs/issues and assists
patients with activities of daily living, promoting a positive
therapeutic environment. - Assists with the admitting, discharge,
and transfer process. - Participates in treatment team meetings &
assists with development of care plans. Qualifications: - Valid and
current Massachusetts licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) -
Current certification in CPR. - Experience with addiction treatment
