This role ensures excellent patient care, staff leadership, and compliance with Maryland and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities - Lead and supervise PT staff and daily clinical operations - Ensure high?quality, evidence?based patient care - Maintain compliance with RI licensure and CMS requirements - Manage staffing, scheduling, and productivity - Support quality improvement and patient satisfaction - Collaborate with physicians and leadership Qualifications - Active Maryland Physical Therapist license - DPT or master’s in physical therapy - 5 years of clinical PT experience - Leadership or supervisory experience preferred - Strong communication and organizational skills About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
