Med Surg Supervisor for a travel nursing job in Jamaica Plain,
Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg
- Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift:
8 hours - Employment Type: Travel Amergis Healthcare Staffing is
seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to support a
respected hospital in Jamaica Plain, MA. This off-shift leadership
position ensures high-quality patient care, appropriate staffing,
and adherence to hospital and regulatory standards across multiple
units. Qualifications - Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Ability to
remain calm under pressure and effectively motivate staff. - CPR
certification and advanced life-saving knowledge. - Understanding
of performance improvement initiatives and accreditation standards.
Minimum Requirements - 2 years of full-time RN experience in a
hospital, clinic, or medical facility. - 1 year in a supervisory,
administrative, or managerial nursing role - (Graduate degree in
nursing may substitute for 1 year of experience). - Current and
valid Massachusetts RN license. Preferred Skills - Experience
working with culturally diverse patient populations. - Familiarity
with collective bargaining agreements and labor relations. -
Ability to function independently and make sound clinical
