Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Southborough, MA Agency: GQR Healthcare Pay: $3,039 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse • Home Health (Day Shift) We're seeking a Registered Nurse for our Home Health team. This 13•week contract role requires a 40•hour work week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. Responsibilities: • Deliver home•based patient care. • Adapt to float requirements as needed. • Maintain professional certifications. Requirements: • Valid MA Nursing License. • 2 years of Home Health RN experience. • BLS Certification. • Familiarity with OASIS and HCHB preferred. • Ability to wear any color scrubs. • PPE will be provided. This role doesn't require on•call duties or COVID•19 vaccination. Work location is Southborough, MA with varying home care locations. Orientation will be at our Southborough office.
