Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Medical Lab Technician Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Needham Heights, MA who is currently seeking a qualified Specimen Processor to assist them on a contractual basis. Details of the position include:Position: Specimen Processor - Clinical LabLocation: Needham Heights, MAStart Date: ASAPDuration: 13 weeks with likelihood of extensionSchedule: 40 hours per week Monday – Friday 11am - 7:30pm Contract Requirements: · 6 months of specimen processing experience in either a phlebotomist or similar role · 1 years of experience as a specimen processor or phlebotomist · Will be labeling specimens, verifying patient information, and entering data – must be detail oriented · No travelers – local temp only · Experience with any Laboratory Information System is a plus, does not need to be EPIC/Beaker – willing to train Pay: $25/hr EMR: Epic Parking: Free on-site Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have regarding the position.
