Registered Nurse (RN) | Stepdown Location: Boston, MA Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,422 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position ID: 75356726 Shift: 12hrs Description: Description: PM - 12hr36hr Nights, E/O Holiday, E/O Weekend.Required Exp: Minimum 1 year IMCU experience plus 2 years recent medsurg and tele experience, neuro care, MIs, trachs are required. be able to care for patients with complex medical needs Auto med dispensing and must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips. Tele test on day 1. Preferred Exp: critical care experience. Unit sees mix of IMCU, neurology, and medsurg patients. High volume of neuro, medicine and cardiology patients including care for chronic vents, trachs, and high acuity heart failure. 27 beds with an average patient ratio of 1:3 (IMCU), 1:4 or 1:4-5 if MedSurg patients.
