Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Acute Care – Burlington, MA Assignment Start: 01/12/26 Duration: 12 Weeks Schedule: 40 Hours/Week, 8-Hour Day Shifts Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Facility Details: Level I Trauma Center Acute care setting with highly complex patient population Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years of acute, inpatient Physical Therapy experience Experience working with high-acuity, medically complex patients Unit & Productivity: Current staffing: 17 Physical Therapists and 3 PTAs Average daily census: 185 (recent census 200) Productivity expectation: ~7 patient visits per 8-hour day System Requirement: EPIC EMR experience required Position Overview: The Physical Therapist provides acute inpatient rehabilitation services, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support mobility, function, and safe discharge planning for complex trauma and medical patients.
