PM Job Overview: We’re seeking a skilled Sterile Processing
Technician to join the team in a contract-to-hire role. This
position plays a key part in ensuring safe, timely processing of
surgical instruments and equipment in a fast-paced, high-quality
environment. Key Responsibilities: - Decontaminate, assemble,
package, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays - Perform
quality checks to ensure all instrumentation meets safety and
compliance standards - Maintain accurate documentation of processed
items - Work closely with surgical teams to support daily case
needs - Follow all infection control and safety procedures
Requirements: - CRCST certification (required) - Sterile processing
experience in a hospital or surgical setting preferred - Strong
attention to detail and ability to work independently - Excellent
