This contract position involves working across multiple inpatient units, providing critical care to a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care in a 32-bed telemetry unit, 20-bed medical-surgical unit, and a 15-bed medical-surgical unit Function within a float pool, providing support across all inpatient units based on patient needs Ensure compliance with facility protocols and patient safety standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Utilize electronic medical records, preferably Meditech Expanse 6, to document patient care Qualifications Active Massachusetts RN license required Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing Previous travel nursing experience mandatory Current BLS and ACLS certifications Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Familiarity with Meditech Expanse 6 preferred, but not required Submission must include up-to-date resume, two recent RN references (charge or manager preferred), skills checklist, certifications, and return-to-office availability Schedule 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM shifts Orientation available on specified dates in January This contract requires readiness to travel and cover holiday shifts with competitive local rates for candidates residing within 50 miles of Boston.
