evaluation experience - Experience with EPIC and medication
reconciliation Description: The role involves performing
pre-operative phone calls for patients scheduled for various
procedures. Responsibilities include conducting medication
reconciliation and coordinating pre-operative testing. Education on
pre-operative procedures is also required. Preferred candidates
will have experience in pre-procedure evaluation or PACU. This
position offers a stable schedule of 40 hours per week, working
four 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. There are no weekend
