Hours/Week Shift Type: FLEX Rate: Travel: $2,239/36-hours Local:
$2,156/36-hours Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in
Nursing (BSN preferred). Current and unrestricted RN license in
Massachusetts. BLS and ACLS required. MedSurg or telemetry
experience preferred. Strong critical thinking, telemetry
monitoring, and patient education skills. Responsibilities: Care
for MedSurg Telemetry patients. Monitor vitals, cardiac rhythms,
and telemetry. Administer medications, IV therapies, and
treatments. Educate patients and families on care and discharge
plans. Collaborate with providers for coordinated care. Maintain
accurate EMR documentation. Ensure compliance with safety and
hospital protocols. Respond to emergencies and manage
complications.
