Pay Information $2,212 per week About The Position ID: 55473939 Shift: 8H Days 40 hours week, 5 days/week 8-4:30p general hours Description: Unit Notes:RN Case Manager - preferably someone local who would be willing to consider temp to hire after the 13 weeks. 40 hours week, 5 days/week 8-4:30p general hours. This is RN Case management, no utilization review responsibilities. It is discharge planning etc. ASAP Start40 hours a week, M-FBSN preferred but not requiredWill consider someone without MA license, but Can't have CA or NJ license, or background hit. That will delay licenseexperience in MedSurg Setting, plus experience in discharge/utilization managment. Must be familiar with Medicare, Medicaide, manager care and other 3rd party payor review requirementsEnsures medical necessity of hospitalization and treatment in accordance with hospital and third party payor guidelines and criteria. Ensures appropriate utilization of hospital resources. Works with other physicians and health care team members to manage care in a cost-effective and efficient manner. Responsible for the integration, coordination, and advocacy for patients and families requiring post-hospital services.
