qualified ER/Trauma RN in Boston, Massachusetts, 02118! Pay
Information $2,508 per week About The Position Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience:
Minimum of 1.5 years of recent Level I or II Emergency Department
experience and/or 2 years of recent Level III/IV Emergency
Department experience. License: Active nursing license
Certifications: TNCC, BLS, ACLS (must be active/unexpired)
Must-Have: Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry
rhythm strips and identify heart blocks. Must pass a Telemetry Test
on the first day (score of 85% or higher). Description: This
position requires flexibility with floating to different areas.
Caring for patients aged 15 and older in pediatrics is expected
unless previous pediatric experience is applicable. The emergency
department is very busy, accommodating up to 120 treatment areas
with an average of 350-440 patients per day. Patient ratio may
range from 1:4 to 1:5, depending on patient acuity. Travelers will
not be placed in trauma rooms during their assignment.
