qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Boston, Massachusetts, 02118! Pay

Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Critical Care Duration:
13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years
of recent MICU/ICU experience License: Active RN License
Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Must-Have: -
Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm
strips. - Telemetry test on day 1. Description: This position
requires working 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Every
other weekend and holiday shifts are mandatory. The unit treats
patients with respiratory failure, renal disease, alcohol
withdrawal, sepsis, and cardiac arrest. The average
patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:2 for a 10-bed unit. Preferred
experience includes radial artery sticks, Continuous Renal
Replacement Therapy (CRRT), blood draws, and IV skills. Candidates
must demonstrate proficiency in critical care nursing practices.
