gene therapy, including our investigational candidate AMT-130 for
Huntington’s Disease, we’re preparing for our first commercial
launch — and seeking a passionate, strategic leader to help build a
best-in-class patient experience program from the ground up. This
is a unique opportunity to shape a pioneering patient services
offering and deliver a life-changing treatment experience to
patients and families facing Huntington’s Disease. We are seeking a
strategic and forward-thinking Sr. Director, CRM Strategy &
Analytics to join our Market Access & Patient Services
organization. This individual will lead the design, development,
and execution of the commercial Customer Relationship Management
(CRM) strategy in support of our anticipated U.S. commercial launch
of AMT-130. This role will serve as the key business owner for the
CRM platform and associated analytics capabilities across
customer-facing teams, including Account Management, Field
Reimbursement, Case Management, and Treatment Center
Representatives. The Sr. Director will play a pivotal role in
translating data into actionable insights, enabling operational
excellence and informed decision-making. This leader will also
ensure the CRM infrastructure supports a seamless and compliant
customer experience aligned with our values and commitment to
patients. Key result areas (major duties, accountabilities and
responsibilities) Strategic CRM Leadership: • Define and execute
the strategic roadmap for CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Health
Cloud) to support commercialization and customer engagement needs.
• Collaborate closely with IT, commercial operations, field teams,
and external vendors to drive CRM implementation and adoption.
Cross-functional Collaboration: • Serve as a strategic partner to
cross-functional stakeholders, including Account Management, Field
Reimbursement, Case Management, and Treatment Center teams. • As a
key user, align with IT on CRM functionality and workflows with the
needs of diverse field teams to support patient access and
engagement Business Analytics & Insights: • Lead the development of
key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reporting
frameworks that provide visibility into field team performance and
customer engagement. • Translate data into actionable commercial
insights to support strategic decisions, resource allocation, and
operational improvements. Launch Readiness: • Play a central role
in ensuring CRM systems and analytics capabilities are fully
operational and integrated ahead of AMT-130s U.S. launch. • Work
with launch teams to ensure timely capture and interpretation of
real-time data to inform launch execution. Compliance & Data
Governance: • Ensure CRM systems and data reporting practices
comply with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA and industry
best practices. • Promote data integrity, security, and compliance
through appropriate governance structures. Qualifications •
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD)
preferred. • 10 years of experience in the biotechnology,
pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry, with at least 5 years in a
leadership role overseeing CRM platforms and commercial analytics.
• Demonstrated expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Health
Cloud) implementation and optimization within a commercial
function. • Deep understanding of field team workflows in Market
Access, Patient Services, or similar roles. • Proven ability to
generate actionable business insights from complex datasets. •
Strong project management, vendor management, and cross-functional
collaboration skills. • Experience supporting the launch of
specialty products or gene therapies is a strong plus.
