Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist Profession: Surgical Technologist Specialty: Ortho, Neuro, Transplant, Cardiac Duration: Varied Shift: Evenings Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Required in Ortho, Neuro, Transplant, and Cardiac License: Active MA License Certifications: National Surgical Tech Certification, BLS/CPR Must-Have: 1-2 variable shifts possible per month. 1 Weekend (Saturday/Sunday) required per month. Call is scheduled in three categories per month: Short Call, Overnight, Weekend. Description: The role involves supporting surgical teams during procedures. You will be responsible for maintaining an aseptic environment. Assisting in patient preparation and positioning is essential. You will handle surgical instruments and equipment properly. A thorough understanding of surgical procedures is required. The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment is crucial. Flexibility in working shifts and call schedules is important. COVID vaccines and boosters are required for this position.
