This role involves floating between ICU and PCU units as needed and demands strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a high-acuity environment. Travel nursing experience and proficiency with EPIC are essential. Job Duties Deliver high-quality patient care in ICU and PCU settings Monitor and manage critical care patients, including ventilators, drips, and advanced cardiac support Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes Requirements Education:Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN) required Experience:2–5 years of ICU experience required Trauma Level I experience preferred (Level II may be considered) Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Licensure: Active Massachusetts RN Licenserequired at time of submission Application Process: Please submit your resume to or call .
