RN - Start Date: 06/30/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per
week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Title:
Home Health • Registered Nurse • Days Territory: Norwood, Newton,
Needham, Wellesley, extending to Allston/Brighton/Brookline and
Boston areas as needed Responsibilities: • Provide quality nursing
care in patients' homes. • Document using HCHB and OASIS, with
same-day submission. • Manage 20-25 cases weekly, achieving 5-7
productivity points daily. • Attend weekly in-person office
meetings. • Offer flexible care scheduling beyond standard hours.
Requirements: • Active RN License and BLS certification. • 2 years
of home health experience, proficient in HCHB/OASIS. • Experience
with Oasis E post-January 2023. • Consistent 40-hour work week. •
Reside within 30 minutes of the territory or secure nearby housing.
• Willingness to float and meet weekend requirements. Additional
Information: • 13-week contract, potential for extension. • Mileage
reimbursement. • Flexible scrub color. • 2-3 days of orientation.
