an energetic Physical Therapist (PT) to join our amazing TEAM of
clinicians that serves the Foxboro residential area of
Massachusetts. This Full-Time position offers an annual salary of
$95,000-$120,000, in addition to the Benefits shown below. If

programs Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities (Including but
not limited to): - Developing and implementing treatment plans that
focus on the physical, cognitive and emotional needs of patients -
Assessing home environment to ensure safety and provide
recommendations for any necessary modifications or equipment needs
- Providing patient and caregiver education - Accurate and timely

MA Physical Therapist (PT) license. - Minimum of 1-year experience
as a Physical Therapist (PT). - Ability to work independently and
as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and
medical professionals - Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills - Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to
detail - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a
computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
